DARK LA NIGHTS

One of my favorite places in Los Angeles is LACMA and one of my favorite go-to looks is an all black ensemble. Put them together and you have the recipe for my kind of outfit post!

DKNY 3 WAYS - #NOTYOURORDINARY

As official People StyleWatch Style Hunters, we had the chance to work with DKNY and style one of their accessories! Being such an iconic label and one of Jill's favorite brands, we couldn't wait to see what was being sent to us and to work on the #NotYourOrdinary campaign. 

You can imagine our delight when we opened our mail to find this Nylon Flat Crossbody in yellow. The laid back yet chic design and bold color left us with so many styling options. From shopping days to a night on the town, we loved showing off the versatility of this crossbody (and not to mention the extra punch it adds to any look)!

CELEBRATIONS AT NELLCÔTE

After Jill's graduation this past Saturday, we headed over to one of our favorite restaurants, Nellcôte, for some celebrating! Relive the night over with us by taking a look at some of the photos we snapped.

WHATRUWEARING PRE-LAUNCH PARTY

Wednesday night, we attended the WhatRUWearing.net Pre-Launch Party at the Chicago Cultural Center (you can learn more about it from our blog post here), and had so much fun mingling with other bloggers and learning more about the site. KIVA Salon was there giving polish changes while we enjoyed some wine and bumping music. Thanks again to Sara from Project Soiree for not only letting us know about the event, but getting us hyped for this fashionable social networking outlet!

We also LOVED meeting Cha'rron of CChicChicago and Kari from Style at a $teal, who both won best dressed (congrats again, ladies!). One of our favorites of the night was Sadhna's green dress paired with this gorgeous, embellished top. Pairing it with a simple gold belt and neutral shoes made this outfit catch our eye the second we walked in. Visit her clothing company, Sadhna Fashions.
