ANASTASIA S/S 2014 FASHION SHOW

When it comes to Anastasia Chatzka, we're not shy about sharing our love. From her store opening to styling Jill in her dresses here, here, and here, we love Anastasia's unique patterns and captivating silhouettes. And we know her upcoming fashion show isn't going to dissapoint!

The Anastasia S/S 2014 fashion show will be held at The Godfrey's I|O Urban Roofscape, Tuesday, April 19th, from 6 to 9 PM. The fashion show is free (so there's no reason not to go), but make sure you RSVP to RSVP@anastasiachatka.com!

THE LIMITED'S 50TH ANNIVERSARY FASHION SHOW + GIVEAWAY

The Limited celebrated it's 50th Anniversary in Chicago with a fashion show of the must-have trends of the season! Since 1 out of 10 purchases at The Limited come from their Water Tower Place store, Chicago was the perfect place to celebrate. We girls know how to shop here in the Windy City!

The fashion show was hosted by Elliot Staples, VP of Design, and Corri McFadden, owner of eDrop-Off. They broke down the latest trends of equestrian, military, and leather that models and bloggers donned down the runway.

Along with the beautiful models, I was also joined by Christine of The View from 5 ft. 2 and Jessica of Addictions of a Fashion Junkie to show off how us Chicagoan ladies pull off the latest trends from The Limited! We had such a fun time hanging out 'backstage' in hair and makeup!

Elliot Staples helped me style my leather look to represent the amazing pieces The Limited had to offer, while keeping my own personal style. I loved every piece, but absolutely became obsessed with these faux leather front leggings and knew my outfit needed to revolve around those! They're extremely comfy and the perfect piece to transition from day to night. (The coat and necklace are tied for a very close second place.) Get ready for some repeat outfit posts, because these leggings are going to be my closet staple this season!

The Limited is celebrating its 50th Anniversary with a private fashion show tonight, October 24th from 6 to 8 PM at The Limited Water Tower (845 N. Michigan Ave., 4th floor), featuring models and bloggers. And that includes Jess! She will be walking down in an outfit styled by her and Elliot Staples, VP of Design! The fashion show will include their latest trends - military-inspired, equestrian-inluenced and one of our favorites, leather! Check out a sneak peek of Jess's runway look below!

As a part of the anniversary celebration, The Limited also designed a limited edition clutch and bracelet benefitting Dress for Success, an organization that provides disadvantaged women with professional attire.

CHEEKY CHICAGO TURNS FIVE

We celebrated with Cheeky Chicago last week at The Underground for their 5th birthday party!

With a LOFT fashion show styled by the talented adoptedSTYLE, makeup touches from Cate McNabb, drinks from Moët & Chandon and Baileys, and of course a photo booth (which got a ton of action from us), we had a fabulous night! But no night would be complete without celebrating with some of our favorite bloggers!

EXPRESS RUNWAY

Earlier today, we stopped by Millennium Park to check out the fashion show Express was having in front of the Bean. The gorgeous models from Ford complimented the fun attire and killed it on the runway. Also, we have to admit that we just might have developed a serious girl crush with the amazing hair on the red-headed model. Our boyfriends should be happy to know that we skipped falling in love with male models, and went straight for this color. Here's to hoping we come back in our next life being able to rock it like her. (Ford, who is she?!)

They also had this Instaprint machine that would print out your photos from the day. All you had to do was upload your photo to Instagram with the hashtag, #EXPRunway, and in a second you had a sticker of your picture! We were tempted do more than one.
