Sassy City Chicks made their way back to Chicago and set up shop at The Drake Hotel, where various beauty, fashion, and jewelry vendors displayed their goods amongst the music and drinks! Being an all day shopping event with many new businesses, we just had to stop in to check it out and snap some pictures.

Beadniks is Chicago's most complete bead and jewelry boutique. You can also visit them at 1937 W. Division St. in Wicker Park!

Emma Jean Cosmetics provides natural, vegan, and 100% cruelty-free scented nail polish. Yes, scented nail polish. Forget about those strong, odorous polishes with toluene and formaldehyde, and enjoy scents from blueberry pie to cotton candy to fields of lavender.

Costumier is the place to find pre-loved and fabulous vintage finds, and as a vintage jewelry lover, it was Jill's favorite of the day.

Sazzy Boutique had the cutest, most unique clothes on display. How fun is that baby doll dress?

Stella & Dot has done it again with chunky necklaces, vintage-inspired bracelets and rings, and statement earrings.  You can contact Jennifer to grab some of the pieces shown!

ONE NIGHT, TWO EVENTS

Thursday was our time to attend the Primp & Pour event and finally try out the Santa Margherita wines that complement the nail polishes we've had so much fun playing with! (Check out Jess's post here and Jill's here.) The Sparkling Rosé we sipped on made the evening filled with manicures and girl talk perfect, as we totally enjoyed the retro-glam feel of Beauty Bar. Jess wore a dress from Gap, denim jacket from H&M, sandals from Steve Madden, GUESS jewelry, and a gifted clutch. Jill wore a Silence and Noise blazer, Ella Moss shirt, Forever 21 shorts, Stuart Weitzman wedges, a Steve Madden bag, and a vintage necklace.

We weren't ready to go home just yet, so we headed over with our pretty manicures to the Sassy City Chicks event, which we found out about through Chicago Blogger Network. The mix of fabulous jewelry, clothes, and beauty products made the quick dash back downtown totally worth it. Check out some of our favorites we spotted!
