While the classics are always a great choice, there's nothing more fun than playing a unique song for your first dance. (But for the love of everything wedding, do not do John Legend's "All of Me".)
I'm a proponent for having a song that is special and meaningful - even if it's offbeat, an inside joke, or speaks nothing of love - the fact that it's yours is what means most! My fiancé and I can't wait to dance to Talking Heads's "This Must be the Place (Naive Melody)". The words are amazingly perfect for us, it's from his favorite movie, and it's a total 80s song that you can't help but dance to. It's the part of the wedding that we're looking most forward to!
