Every new year, we all make the resolution to be healthier. And while I started 29 days late, I'm trying really hard to keep up with it. I'm back on my keto diet, and tea is always a great way for me to get some sweetness in my day and also to avoid snacking on unhealthy foods!

This is where Your Tea comes in! They've got teas for both body and mind, making it perfect to drink every day - and even multiple times a day. Whether you need one for sleep or for your skinYour Tea has got you covered. There's even ones for new mommas, dealing with hangovers, and getting rid of cellulite (whaaat?)!

I'm super excited to try their Energy Tea. Caffeine is my enemy and I can't wait to find an enery alterinateive! Check out my other favorites and ones I can't wait to get my hands on!

If you follow me or us on Instagram, you'll know that I spent this past Christmas in Los Angeles. While we were there, we surprised my parents with a trip to Vegas, which was the perfect way to spend the holiday. I'll be recapping both trips later, but I just had to share these photos my brother and I took in the middle of the desert on our way there. The scenery on the drive from LA to Las Vegas is gorgeous, and being an east coast girl, it was definitely a sight for soar eyes.

I was wearing my comfy road trip attire, but I also had on my new favorite leather jacket from Cole Haan. I'm pretty proud of myself for picking a leather jacket that wasn't black - I was drawn to this pink color! First time for everything?

In the short time I've been living in Houston, I've noticed one awesome thing - there are boutiques everywhere.

I'm not talking about typical mall stores everywhere (even though there are a couple great outdoor shopping centers and a huge mall that has everything imaginable). I'm talking about adorable and independent boutiques with new-to-me designers, both local and not. Imagine stores you'd see in Wicker Park, Chicago and sprinkle them throughout the city. It's a pleasant surprise when I didn't know anything about Houston at all and find all these places I absolutely love.

If you're new to Houston like me or planning to visit, I found five boutiques that are a must-see. From local shops to ones happily growing, women and men's clothing to home decor - my shopping needs are fulfilled in Houston!

2537 Times Boulevard

Rachel Antonoff Swiss Cheese Lena Dress ($162.50 - On Sale!)

Dieppa Restrepo Rose Gold Cali Oxford ($265.00)

2940 Ferndale Street

Vintage Belgian Street Signs ($440.00)

Vintage French metal Glove Forms - $300.00

1025 Studewood Street

Golden Layers Rings by Jessica Friedsam - ($38.00)

Godden Mixed Metal Cuffs ($38.00)

1435 Westheimer Road

Howdy Doormat ($50.00)

Aloe Vera Jewelry Holder ($57.00)

5600 Kirby, S-4

Elizabeth Sayles B-Pavé Ball Bangle ($498.00)

Nili Lotan Washed Leather Jacket ($1,549.00)

Do you have any favorite shops in Houston?

Fashion week already has me planning for future seasons. Can you tell I'm over the snow already?

And while I wish I could be in Berlin, checking out Berlin Fashion Week from my couch is still pretty enjoyable. That's why I'm sharing some of my favorite looks!

Now how do I get a hold of these pieces?

Happy Birthday to the girl who is never afraid to tell me that my arm looks fat when I'm posing for a picture (true friend status!), the girl who makes me laugh until I feel like my abs have gotten a workout, and to the girl who makes up 1/2 of Jess and Jill. This will be the first birthday we don't get to celebrate together since we've fallen in love... I mean, became friends... so we have some making up to do when we see each other. I love you and can't wait for all the fun things to come this year!

P.S. You better not have cheated and looked at this post last night.

Whoever made the rule "no white after Labor Day" should take a seat. In a room. By themselves.

Winter white is in (has it really ever been out?) and we can't get enough of it. And while it's a color we wear on days we don't plan on eating spaghetti, the risk is worth the reward.

How are you incorporating white into your wardrobe?

We love supporting fellow Chicago ladies (especially bloggers!) so when we heard of Gem La La, from the brains behind t+j Designs, we were so excited. And it just got better from there!

Gem La La is a surprise grab bag of five to seven pieces of jewelry and accessories, all in an exclusive reusable tote. Each bag starts at only $30, but has a guaranteed value of $200, and there are new totes every three months. Perfect for switching out season to season!

And that's not all. To make things even sweeter, they're running a promotion where you can get $5 off your order by using the code FRIENDS5. You can also enter to win a free tote by entering your email address on Gem La La.

Let us know what you get!

As wedding planning has finally started to come together, it's time to focus on the fun details. Whether you're doing rustic, art deco, modern, or pops of color - centerpieces express your style as a couple and set the tone for your wedding "theme". As always, I've turned to Pinterest for my inspiration and found favorites for myself and others along the way.
